        報告摘要:Since discovery by Sony in 1991, Li-ion batteries have been playing extraordinary roles in all types of portable devises, electrical vehicles and even in self-powered air-flight. The key mechanism of a Li-ion battery relies the migration of charge carriers and electrons in separate channels. As such current Li-ion batteries use the liquid organic electrolyte and electrodes. Although there are a lot of advantages using the liquid organic electrolyte it is also the cause of fires due to high flammable in nature. To challenge those issues, solid-state batteries are therefore developed. This seminar will provide the fundamentals of Li-ion batteries and also solid-state batteries.
